Charles "Bulldog" Hancock

Charles "Bulldog" Hancock, age 44 of Scottsboro, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2015 at Huntsville Hospital.  Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 1:00pm at the Valley Funeral Home - Scottsboro with Rev. Travis Truman and Rev. Jerry Cornelison officiating.  Burial will follow in Gross Cemetery.

Mr. Hancock is survived by his wife - Janet Hancock; daughters - Laney Marie Hancock and Sara Beth Hancock; honorary sons - Dayne Proctor, David Proctor, Daegen Phillips, Tyler Dean and Clayton Boozer; sister - Loretta Hancock Summerford; brother - Michael Proctor.  He was preceded in death by his parents - Charles & Louise Hancock; niece & nephew - Elizabeth & Colin Summerford.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at the Valley Funeral Home - Scottsboro.  In lieu of flowers,  family requests that donations be made to Valley Funeral Home, 674 Snodgrass Road, Scottsboro, AL 35769 to help with funeral expenses.
