Jackie Smith

Jackie Lee Smith age 41 of Stevenson passed away Wednesday December 7. He is survived by his daughter, Whitney Smith; father, Garry Smith; mother, Donna (Jack) Chaffin; brothers Garry (Michelle) Smith Jr. and Jeff Smith; step sister, Tonya Tucker; step brother, Jeremy Chaffin; grandparents Evelyn Girolamo and Gladys Smith; niece Kirstie Hall; nephew, Braydon Smith. He was preceded by his grandparents, Alexander Girolamo and Herman Smith. Visitation will be Thursday December 8 from 4-8 and the funeral service will 2 PM Friday December 9, 2016 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Straightway Cemetery in Bryant with Brandon Evans officiating.
