Ledford (James) McAbee

Ledford D. (James) McAbee of Section, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Highlands Medical Center in Scottsboro.  Funeral Services will be held at the Valley Funeral Home - Scottsboro on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 1:00pm with the Rev. Kenneth Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Davistown Cemetery.

Mr. McAbee is survived by his brothers - Edward McAbee, Wallace Byron McAbee and Charles Ray McAbee;  sister - Dorotha Cornelison; many nieces, nephews, friends and church family.   He was preceded in death by his parents - Wallace & Mamie McAbee; sisters - Marlene King; brothers - Rayford (Tom) McAbee, John (Virgil) McAbee, James (Perry) McAbee and Donnie (Duck) McAbee.  He was loved and will be missed by everyone who knew him,

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 24, 2016 from 10:00am till time of service at the Valley Funeral Home - Scottsboro.
