William Sims

William Sims age 61 of Hollywood AL, formerly of Hammond IN, passed away February 18. He is survived by his wife of 42 years Diane Wurtzbacher Sims; daughters Nicole Sims (Jon) Deuber and Hanna Sims. Grandchildren, Nick, Rachel, and Nathan Deuber; beloved fur baby, Annie; parents, Margaret and Les Sims; sister, Julie (Ray) Bonzani; brothers, Raymond (Cindy) Sims and Steven Sims; in laws, Jackie and Paul Estep, Paulette and Kimmy Estep; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends and adopted family; caregivers, Christina Hendricks and Staci Shankles. He was preceded by son, Jeremy Williams Sims; in law, Joey Wurtzbacher. Visitation will be Friday February 24 from 11-9 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Scottsboro.
