Anna Ruth Smith

Anna Ruth Smith age 76 of Crossville TN joined family and friends in the fathers presence on November 16, 2019. “Miss” Anna was a faithful Christian, loving wife and mother, and a selfless giver. She never met a stranger and would give the shirt of her back, graciously and cheerfully. An ardent crimson tide fan who enjoyed her football almost as much as the smiles she brought to so many for so long. She is survived by her husband, Walter Smith; children, Joel (Beth Ann) Case and Doug (Lenora) Case; grandchildren, Jeff Case, Everett (Danielle) Dahl, Justin (Nicole) McConkey, and Lauren McConkey; grea grandchildren, Noah and Elijah Case; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded by parents, Lowe and Ruth Coffman; siblings, Nancy Smith, Betty Nunley, L.D. Coffman, and Paul Coffman. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10-2 and the funeral service will be 2 PM Tuesday November 19, 2019 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Rocky Springs Cemetery with Dr. David Smith officiating.
