Jackie Pack

Jackie Pack age 77 of Sherwood passed away April 15, 2018. Jackie was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was well known, loved, and respected by the residents of his lifelong home of Sherwood. He worked at Mead Hardwood in Stevenson as a saw filer, where he retired. Jackie loved spending time in the mountains and was an avid hunter and fisherman all of his life. He enjoyed visiting neighbors and discussing all excursions, or, maybe seeing who could tell the tallest tale. Jackie was preceded in death by his father, Harry Pack; mother, Mary “Cricket” Pack; brothers, Tom Pack and Roy Pack; sisters, Mary Pendergrass, Paulette Garner, and Patsy gray; son, Kelvin Pack. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Loretta Pack; son, Jack (Jeannie) Pack of Sherwood; daughter in law, Teresa Pack of Sherwood; son, Kyle (Charlotte) Pack of Stevenson; daughter Jacqueline Pack of Sherwood; grandchildren, Ty Pack, Peyton Pack, Riley Dover, Jonathan Gilliam, Jordan (Hannah) Gilliam, Jami Gilliam, Taylor Pack, Thomas Pack, Whitney Pack, and Audrey Pack; great grandchildren, Silas, Aviah, and Isabel Gilliam; brothers, Bill Pack and Tim (Barbara Pack of Sherwood; a host of Nieces, Nephews, and Friends. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12-9 and the funeral will be 12 noon on Wednesday April 18 at the Emanuel Apostolic Church in Sherwood.
