Kenneth Lewis

Kenneth Lewis age 85 of Scottsboro passed away October 19. He is survived by his wife, Betty Rose Lewis; daughter, Marsha (Paul) Camp; grandchildren, Kelli (Mead) LeBerte, Kimberly (Anthony) Isbell, Michael Lewis, Drew Nelson, and Stephanie Harrell; great grandchildren,Lindsey Duckett, Hunter Kelly, Bailey Isbell, Lauren Duckett, Taylor Kelly, Payton Isbell, Jenna Lewis, Trey Lewis, and Maggie Lewis; sister, Bonnie Haase; brother in laws, Owen Neal and Albert Monistere. He was preceded by his parents, Howard and Monice “Tommie” Moore; son, Mike Lewis; siblings, Bobby Moore, Patsy Neal, and Judy Monistere; brother in law, Charles Haase; sister in law, Jackie Moore. Mr. Lewis was born in Pumpkin Center Louisiana. He retired from Goodyear after a long career managing stores across the southeast. He spent his retirement years buying and selling used cars. He enjoyed spending time with family and teaching his grandchildren to ski, fish, and drive. The family would like to thank Dr. Patrick Tucker and Comfort Care Hospice for the wonderful care they have provided. Visitation will be 2-4 on Monday and the funeral will be at 4 PM Monday October 23 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Scottsboro Alabama. burial will be in the Cedar Hill Cemetery with Glenn Taylor officiating.
