Norman Ingram, 64, of Skyline, passed away Wednesday November 1, 2017 at Huntsville Hospital. He is survived by his Daughter: Denise(Rod) Boroff of Madison, Sons: Gene (Kristy)Ingram of Helena and Tim (Joni) Ingram of Scottsboro. Grandchildren: Jordan, Tyler, Autumn, and Laine Ingram, Hunter and Alexis Miller, Mark, Ryan, and Mari Boroff. Brothers: Johnny (Doris) Goff of Flat Rock and Wayne Ingram of Scottsboro. Father and Mother in law: Verlon and Rosa Parrish of Skyline. Best Friend Sonny Goolesby. Several nieces and nephews. Mr. Ingram was preceded in death by his wife/love of his life of 46 years Shirley Ingram, Parents: Perry and Mildred Ingram, Brothers: Johnny Ingram and Garrell Ingram, Sister: Alice Ruth Hendricks. Norman was a retired policeman where he worked for Jackson County Sheriff's Office, Skyline Police Department, and Bridgeport Police Department. Norman was an ordained minister for 47 years. Norman traveled all over the Southeast carrying God's Word. Anyone that knew Norman knew that he loved his family and friends. He was always laughing and smiling. The family will recieve family and friends Friday November 3, 2017 from 4-8 p.m. and funeral will be Saturday November 4, 2017 at 11 am. at Valley Funeral Home in Scottsboro. Rev. Jerry Cornelison and Rev. Jeff Arnold will be officiating. Burial will follow at Skyline Cemetery.
