Annie Belle Warren

Annie Belle Warren age 90 of Bridgeport passed away November 13, 2022. She is survived by her sisters, Barbara (Paul) West, Eleanor Janeway, and Phyllis Britton; sister in law, Melba Warren; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews and a large number of relatives and friends. She was preceded by her parents, Frank and Eula Warren; brothers and sister in laws, Sherman and Caroline Warren, Casey and Sarah Warren, Joe Warren; sisters and brother in laws, Ida and Duggan Gothard, Veda and Joe Gurthrie, and Macy and Jr. Waldrop; brother in laws, Doyle Britton and Arnold Janeway. Annie was a life long resident of Bridgeport, AL. She worked for Avondale, later bought out by Shaw Industries for 35 years. She retired in 1995. She spent her last few years at Cumberland Health and Rehab due to her failing health. The family would like to express their love and thankfulness to some of the staff at Cumberland Health and Rehab for their services to Annie for the last few years. They are a special group of people. The family would also like to thank everyone for the flowers, food, and especially the prayers during the last few years. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3-8 and the funeral will be 2 PM Thursday from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Mt Carmel Cemetery.
