Billy Southeard age 70 of Scottsboro passed away July 7, 2026. He is survived by his daughter, Kelly Hill; son, Cody Southeard; grandchildren, Emily Hill and Aubry Southeard; great grandchildren, Trinity Provens, Navie Sandford, and Hadley Wininger; sister, Tina Thomas. He was preceded by his wife, Pamela Southeard; parents, Emmit and Mattie Southeard; brothers, Jerry Anderson and Johnny Anderson. Visitation will be 12-2 on Friday and a memorial service will be held 2 PM Friday July 10, 2026 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Scottsboro.
