Obituary

Billy Leon Turner age 83 of Stevenson formerly of Chattanooga passed away August 20, 2023. He is survived by his sister, Ina Faye McCrary; brother, Harold Turner; several nieces and nephews; best friend Jim Samples. He was preceded by his parents Luther and Frances Wilbanks Turner; brothers, Alvis, Carl, Stan, and Kenneth Turner; sister, Johnnie Turner Gothard; Leon was a member of the Christ Church Episcopal of Chattanooga. There will be no formal services held.
