He is survived by His loving Wife of 58 years Wilma Jean Davis Children & Spouses – Cindy and Jerry Wilbanks, Pam & Glen Gier, Mike & Mary Davis, Randall & Donna Davis 10 Grandchildren, 14 great Grand Children Mr. Cecil was preceded in death by his Parents James W. & Joda Lee Davis Brothers- Gene Calvin, Jo John, Richard, and Herman Davis Sisters- Beatrice Odom, Jerry Smith, Barbara Lunceford and Margie Kennemore Very Special Fishing Partner Kenneth Condra. A graveside service was held 2 PM March 30, 2020 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
