Charlotte Marie (Matthews) Murphy

Charlotte Marie Matthews Murphy age 84 of Deltona FL formerly of Stevenson AL passed away July 28, 2022. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Fred Wayne (Dusty) Matthews, Brenda (Jim) McCrary, Mike Davis, Denis Davis of Stevenson, Dan (Kay) Matthews of Bridgeport, Alisa (Herschel) Price of Soddy Daisy, and Brian (Cindy) McCrary of Brainard, TN; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Daryll and Rachel Traylor. She was preceded by her husband of 39 years, William Murphy; parents, James Robert “Bob” and Jerushie Lee “Rushie” Matthews; brothers, Fred Matthews, James Matthews, and Donald Wayne Matthews; sisters, Ima Jean McCrary, Loeta Davis, and Mary Katherine Matthews; nephews, Robert Cleveland and Ronald Morris McCrary. Visitation will be 1-4:30 Friday and the funeral will be 4:30 PM Friday August 5, 2022 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Pinehaven Memorial Gardens with Zaye McCrary officiating.
