Charlsie Faye Guffey

Charlsie Faye Guffey age 82 of Stevenson passed away January 14, 2026. She is survived by her children, Cindy Holt and Jeff (Frances) Posey; grandchildren, Michelle (Chris) Talley, Mark Posey, Matthew (Sheena Huckabee) Posey, and Courtney Pagan; great grandchildren, Andrew Talley, Charlotte, Ivy, and Willow Talley, Jack Hill, and Tristian Pagan. She was preceded by her husband of 49 years, John Guffey; parents, Arthur and Stella Smith Shoemake; daughter, Sherry Posey; grandson, Timothy Smith; siblings, Thomas, Vernon, and Frank Shoemake, and Edna Kelley. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-8 and the funeral will be 12 PM Wednesday January 21, 2026 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Overlook Cemetery in Flat Rock.
