Darlene Wright age 67 of Scottsboro passed away May 15, 2025. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy (Frank) Holcomb; children, Edmond (Prissy Mason) Devor, Daniel Devor, and Amanda (Tony Sopha) Devor; step daughter, Missy Wright; special daughter, Allie Bell; grandchildren, Alex, Josh, and Ryan Devor, Madison, Sophie, and Kinsley Mason, Dixie Gunter, Dillilah and Robert Devor, Devon Wu, Kiley Devor, Michael Wright and Jordan Cooper; great grandchildren, Oliver Gunter and Luke Wright; siblings, Ricky (Karen), Timmy (Tonya), and Tony (Beth) Whitehead, Christy (Ed) Humbert, Jimmy, Patrick (Leah) Kevin (Bridget) and Kimberly (Kobe) Holcomb; support dog, Minnie Bell; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; several aunts and uncles. She was preceded by her father, Waco Whitehead; husband, Robert Wright; brother, Ronnie Whitehead; grandson, Lucas Devor. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8 and the funeral will be 11 PM Tuesday May 20, 2025 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Scottsboro. Burial will be in the Skyline Cemetery.
