David Talkington age 84 of Bridgeport passed away March 19, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Andies Talkington; daughters, Debbie (Greg) Talley and Kelley (Brent) Talley; honorary son, David Troutman; granddaughters, Trisha (Jake) Guthrie, Addy Talley, and Kady Talley; great grandchildren, Hadley and Boomer Guthrie; sister, Bernice Nance; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents, Amos and Ola Jane Talkington; sons, David Ray, Jr. and Douglas Ray; brothers, Leonard, Pete, Jay, and Jess; sisters, Twin Faye, Rona, Oma, and Ruby. Visitation will be Sunday from 12-2 and the funeral service will be 2 PM Sunday March 23, 2025 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Price Cemetery.
