Donna Allen age 55 of Stevenson passed away June 11, 2026. Visitation will be 11-1 on Tuesday and the funeral will be 1 PM Tuesday June 23, 2026 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Donna Reed Allen was born on August 12, 1970, to the late Delois Allen Henry and Joe Ragland in Stevenson, AL. She proudly graduated from Stevenson High School before continuing her studies at Gaither Cosmetology School, reflecting her lifelong love for beauty, creativity, and personal expression. Donna lived life with a bubbly, outgoing personality that made her unforgettable. She loved shopping — especially on TEMU, decorating her home, listening to music, and dancing whenever the mood struck. She had a natural gift for turning ordinary moments into joyful memories. Whether she was laughing with family, playing cards, or dancing, she brought energy and light wherever she went. She spent most of her adult years in Huntsville, Alabama, where she built a life full of love, friendship, and hard work. Professionally, she was respected and admired, serving as a Forklift Supervisor at Cumberland Materials. Earlier in her career, she worked at Shaw Industries and Jack’s, where she formed lasting bonds and earned the trust of her coworkers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delois Allen Henry and Joe Ragland; sister, Angel Michelle Stegar; her maternal grandparents, Elder Worley Allen and Beulah Mae Allen; aunt, Laura Jean Allen, uncles, James Thomas, Jesse, and Rex Allen.Those she leaves to honor her memory, daughter, Ta’Zeria Allen; son, Xavier Allen, Sr; brothers, Billy Joe Ragland, Sr and Jalandus Duncan; sisters, Patricia Franklin, Michelle Allen, and Patricia Henry; aunts, Margaret Fletcher, and Mary Lean Vaughn; great uncle, Michael Allen; grandchildren; Londyn Moore, Xavier Allen, Jr, Ta’Cayden McNeal, Ya’Keevian Allen, T’Maiyah Ivey Leslie Charym Ivey Leslie; nieces, Xzenia Allen, Peatra Sledge, Stacie Ragland, and Cearia Corpening; nephews, Mychal Ragland, Tracie Ragland, BJ Ragland, Jr, Brandon Ragland, and Michael Corpening; long-lifetime friend, Vickie Wellington; special niece, Hollie Simmons, a host of relatives and friends.
