Dorothy Burton

Dorothy Faye Burton age 80 of Bridgeport passed away August 17, 2021. She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Kowdis (Barry); sons, Tommy (Pam) Burton and Tim (Leanne) Burton; grandbabies, Jackie (Brian) Hickey, Stephanie (Chad) Gardner, Brent (Ryan) Burton, TJ (Becki) Burton, and Cassie (Jared) Rhoades; great grandbabies, Cayden, Kinley, Drew, Abigail, Landon, Claire, Riley, and Henry; sister, June Brunk; brother, Freddy (Brenda) Phillips. She was preceded by her parents, Floyd and Janie Phillips; husband, Jack Burton; granddaughter, Holly Burton; siblings, Mattie Northington, Laura Thomas, Jerry Phillips, Donald Phillips, and Sam Phillips. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8 and the funeral will be 4:30 PM Friday August 20, 2021 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Long Acre Cemetery.
