Edna Jo Anthony

Edna Jo Anthony age 74 of Bridgeport passed away May 4, 2020. She is survived by her son, Shawn Anthony; daughters, Shannon Anthony and Shadena (Jimmy) Chance; grandson, Travis Chance; granddaughter, Emmalee Chance; sister, Lucille Case; sister in law, Jean Anthony; brothers in law, Hylos Anthony and Jr. (Fannie) Anthony; a host of adopted children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was preceded by her husband John Anthony Sr.; son, John Anthony Jr.; father, Sgt Joe E. Evans; parents, Luther and Ruthie Anthony; brother, Danny Anthony; father and mother in law, Oakley and Lola Anthony; sister in law, Blanche Anthony; nephew, Eddie Anthony. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3-8 and the funeral will be 4 PM Thursday May 7, 2020 at the South Pittsburg Church of God. David Swanner will officiate and burial will be in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
