Genda Ruth McCarver age 82 of Bridgeport passed away March 10, 2024. She is survived by her son, John McCarver; granddaughters, Ashley and Emily McCarver; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her husband, Paul McCarver; parents, Levy and Edna Coffman; sister, Louise Hicks; brothers, Jay, Tommy, John Henry, Hoover, Bruce, Richard, Billy Gene, and Levy Coffman. Visitation will be 11-2 on Wednesday and the funeral will be at 2 PM Wednesday March 13, 2024 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Rocky Springs Cemetery with Brian Guess officiating.
