Howard Evans was called home on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the age of 81. There to meet him were his parents, Sam Evans and Margaret Evans (Parker), brother Ed Evans, grandson, Alex Evans, and son in law, Michael Allison. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Cheryl Dawson Evans along with his children, Sheila Garner (Wade), Ronnie Evans, Michelle Hall (Ethan), and Melissa Allison, brother, Billy Evans, 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Howard worked for TN Alloy for 27 years. He loved working outside in his yard, spending time with his family, and listening to his favorite band, Alabama. He also enjoyed watching westerns and his Lionel train collection. He was a skilled woodworker who loved building anything from cabinets to houses. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
