James Macklin Kelley age 70 of Stevenson passed away February 17, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Evelyn Kelley; daughters, Misty Kelley and Melissa (Jason) Black; grandchildren, Alexis Kelley and Macklin Black; brother, Tommy Kelley; sister, Dimple Thomas; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded by his parents, Horton and Mary Ruth Kelley; nephews, Travis Thomas and Jonothan Evans; grandparents, James and Sid Johnson and Charlie and Lucy Kelley. Visitation will be Monday from 4-8 and the funeral service will be 2 PM Tuesday February 20, 2024 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Allen Cemetery.
