James Cowan “OOZIE” Mason age 67 of Stevenson passed away June 26, 2024. He is survived by his wife, LeaAnn Loyd Mason; children, James Mason and Christian Mason Rogers; step children, Tonya Wolf and Denise Warren; grandchildren, Abigail Hensley, Camden Hensley, Aubrey Mason, Jewel Mason, Destiny Rogers, and Elijah Rogers; step grandchildren, Devin Frank, Celeste Frank Willmon, and Kayla Wolf; great grandchildren, Dawson and Serena Willmon and AJ and Thea Frank; siblings, Carmalita Marine, Dennis Mason, and Cynthia Loyd; several nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded by his parents, George Caperton Mason and Mary Mason; brother, Rick Mason. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on July 6, 2024 at the Coffee Cemetery and dinner will be served afterwards at the First Baptist Church in Stevenson.
