Jimmy Larry Baldwin of Scottsboro was born July 16, 1948 and passed away July 7, 2023. He is survived by his brothers, Cecil (Suzie) Baldwin, Jr. and Becil (Edna) Baldwin. He was preceded by his parents, Cecil and Delphia Baldwin; wife, Wanda Baldwin; sister, Doris (Doug) Carter. No formal services will be held.
