Jon Hart age 62 of Scottsboro passed away February 4, 2022. Jon was a dedicated follower of Christ and completed Jew. He was a military veteran of the Marine Corps. Jon is survived by his wife, Tracy Hart; children, Jonathon Hart, Josh Hart, Deserie Perez, and Brooke (Colton) Hammontree; grandchildren, Alyssa Figueroa, Angel Figueroa, Arrianna Padilla, Billy Padilla, Francisco Padilla, Jayden Hammontree, and Lane Hammontree; great grandchildren, Adrian Figueroa and Elianna Rubio; sister, Judy Hentelhoff; brother, Terry Steinhart; mother in law, Brenda Jones; sister in law, Karen (Randy) Owens; brothers in law, George Jones and Steve Jones; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents, Isidor and Gertrude Steinhart; father in law, Roy “Rebo” Jones. Visitation will be Monday from 11-2 and the funeral will be 2 PM Monday February 7, 2022 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Scottsboro. Burial will be in the Long Acre Cemetery. Waylon Miller will officiate.
