Leo R Carter

Leo Rexford Carter age 88 of Stevenson, AL passed away August 12, 2021. He was born July 22, 1933.  He is survived by his children, Roxana Nicholson, Gina Rainwater, Marianne Carter; stepson, Richard Hollowell; grandchildren, Rebecca, Lori, Michael, Jenny, Charles, Tiffany, Allen, & Taylor; 15 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded by his wife, Virdys R. “Boots” Carter; parents, Clyde and Nell Carter; brothers, Clyde Raymond Carter Jr & Phillip Grogan Carter; grandson, Jake; step daughter, Sondra. Visitation will be Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 10-2 and a funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday August 15, 2021 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson.
