Lewis Cornelison age 86 of Scottsboro passed away February 9, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Dorothy Cornelison; sons, Roger and Steve Cornelison; daughter, Lesa (Jeff) Armstrong; brother, Randall (Mary) Cornelison; sister, Jannis (Tim) Sams; grandchildren, Callie (Ronnie) Williamson, Kyle (Kelsey) Cornelison, Alan Cornelison, Michael (Ginny) Cornelison, Taylor Cornelison, Erin (John) Taylor, Connor (Maya) Armstrong, Cole Cornelison; great grandchildren, Ava Williamson, Kensley and Peyton Cornelison; sister in law, Sarah Cornelison; several nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded by his parents, EB and Eulah Cornelison, brother, Loyd Cornelison; sister, Thelda Cornelison. Visitation will be 11-1 on Monday and the funeral service will be 1 pm Monday February 12, 2024 at the Scottsboro Church of God Independent. Burial will be in the Pinehaven Memorial Gardens with Grady Cornelison and Clyde Thompson officiating.
