Martha Ann Cook age 69 of Stevenson passed away January 19, 2022. She is survived by her son, Ryan (Erica) Cooper; grandchildren, Lane, Dylan, Ethan, and Jacob Cooper; sisters, Freeda Walker, Mary Coffman, and Shirley (Norman) Daniels; nephew, Michael Phillips. She was preceded by her parents William Freeman and Bonnie Ruth Coffman; husband, David Cook; son, Eric Lee Cooper; brother in law, Jerry Walker. A graveside service for friends and family will be announced at a later date.
