Mike Cooper age 65 of Bridgeport passed away October 19, 2022. Mike retired from the Army National Guard. He was a member of the Hollywood Masonic Lodge # 882 and the treasurer for the Secret Society Chapter of the Alabama Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Cooper; sons, Jonathan (Meagan Willis) Cooper and Eric (Alex) Cooper; grandchildren, Maddix, Addison, Kaitlynn, and E.J. Cooper, and D.J. Hutchins; siblings, Dale (Leda) Cooper, Linda White, Wayne (Anita) Cooper, and Phillip (Lynn) Cooper; good friend Royce Armstrong; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents, Dub and Betty Cooper; father and mother in law, Joe Jr. and Ruby Massey; brothers in law, Mickey White and Jim "Cuz" Toney; niece, Brenda Kirk; nephew, Christopher White. Visitation will be Saturday from 2-8 and Sunday from 12-2and the funeral will be 2 PM Sunday October 23, 2022 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Mt Carmel Cemetery with Brandon Evans officiating.
