He is survived by his is his loving wife, Janet E. McCamey (Hutchins); nine children, three daughters: Nancy (Phillip) Ellis, Sandra (John) Stewart, and Apostle Sabrina Clay and six sons: Paul R. (Annie) Hutchins Jr, William C. Hutchins, Jerome, Keith (Carolyn) Hutchins, Raynard (Kentrice) Washington., Tommy Clay Jr., and Nathan (Marilyn) Clay; three brothers: Alvin (Gladys) Matthew Jr., James (Minnie Lee) Matthews, and Kermit (Marie) Matthews; three sisters: Denise (Edward) Howard, Dorothy (Tommy) Ballard, and Juanita (Thomas) Jacoway,; auntie Mrs. Sally McMillian, and auntie: Mrs. Helen Matthews. Paul was also predeceased by five siblings: Ronnie (Janet) Matthews, Carl (Shauntey) Matthews, Chaney Ann (Billy) Matthews, Ola Hutchins, and Viola (Walter) Gaines.
