Ricky Joe Kirk

Ricky Joe Kirk age 61 of Bridgeport, AL passed away January 24, 2023. Ricky was a member of the Bridgeport Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Delia Payne Kirk; daughter, Rachel Ann (Charles) Green; step daughters, Amanda Russell, Katie (Jeremy) Derr, and Lauren (Trevan) Guess; grandchildren, Deven, Quen, and Keyondra Robinson, Jacob McCamey, Josie Tolliver, Ben and Scarlett Guess, and Kenny Derr; brothers, Ronnie (Debbe) Kirk, Kenneth (Joanie) Kirk, and Wayne (Sarah) Kirk; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded by his parents, Henry and Isabelle Kirk, wife, Mary Ann McDonald Kirk; grandson, Nikolas Robinson; siblings, James, Jack, Billy Gene, Donald Walter, Jerry Russell, John Henry, and Raymond Glenn Kirk, and Betty Ruth McCarver. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8 and a celebration of life will be held at 2 PM on Friday January 27, 2023 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Pinehaven Memorial Gardens with Bro. Danny Rader officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Bridgeport Church of Christ or the American Heart Association. Pallbearers will be Charles Green, Deven Robinson, Trevan Guess, Jeremy Derr, David “Bubba” Hughes, and James Samuel.
