Shawn Edwin Vest age 53 of Hollywood, AL entered in to rest on July 22, 2026. He was born February 2, 1973 to Martin and Anne Pollett Vest in Albertville, AL. Shawn and his family have lived in Hollywood for 25 years. Shawn was a jack of all trades. He mostly loved driving trucks. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Claude and Velma Vest; maternal grandparents, Fredric and Ruby Pollett; brother, James Lee Vest. Shawn is survived by his wife, Melissa P. Vest; son, Shane Vest; daughter, Brianna Vest; sister, Denise (Lucky) King; nephews, Nathan (Whitney) Volz and Reid King; nieces, Ashley and Victoria Volz; several great nieces and nephews. He was a beloved son, husband, father, and uncle. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
