Stacy is survived by her husband John Cox, mother Debbie Barbaglia, brother Sean Eastman (Phyllis), sons Jerry Burks and Ben Cox (Tiffany), daughters Jessica Stephens (Cody) and Julia Cox, granddaughters Emorah and Elsie Stephens, niece Michelle Eastman, and nephews Michael and Matthew Eastman. Stacy is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Eastman, and granddaughter Elliana Mae Stephens. No viewing or visitation will be held, per Stacy’s request. Please bring a covered dish, stories to tell about Stacy, and dress with bright colors or a splash of color.
