Tyrece Duran Ragland was born on May 1, 1999 in Fort Oglethorpe, GA to Billie Jo Mason and Maurice Ragland. Tyrece graduated in 2017 from Richard Hardy Memorial School. After graduation, he attended Tennessee Tech College in Cookeville, TN. Tyrece’s hobbies included playing football, basketball and baseball, rapping, and playing video games. He was an Alabama fan. He was loved by many. Those who know him always knew he had a soft heart, and his smile would brighten the room! Those who preceded Tyrece in death include his sister, Alyssa Smith; uncle: Tony Jacoway; cousin, Megan Britton; great-grandmothers, Annie Mae Jacoway, and Meredith Summers; grand-father, James M. Ragland; great aunts, Freddie Mae Jacoway, Alma Carter, Sheila Ragland. Cherishing his memories include his parents: Billie Jo Mason and Maurice Ragland, brothers: Ridge Ragland, Matthew Mason, and Cameron Gudger; sister: Leeyah (Tomorian) Montgomery; grandparents: Marion “Jean” and James Thompson, Alicia and Bill Mason; aunts: Lisa Jacoway, Terry Chapman (Michael Patterson), Tina (Kevin) Britton, and Milicia (Andy) Morgan; nephew: Brooks Mason; niece: Harper Ray Mason; great-aunts, Venie Jacoway and Sandra (Jerry) Smith, Rosie Powers, Libba (Ken) Dalton; uncles Joseph Ragland William Ragland, Junior Mason, JR York; cousins: Nick and Katlyn Jacoway, Amanda Britton Edwards, Keylee Morgan, Jermaine Dave, Regine Chapman and; special friend: Kamron Rankin; best friends: Chris Apple & Jason Ford, host of relatives & friends.
