Warren Mullinax was more than the adjectives we could collect to honor him. He forgave graciously and he loved fiercely. He was a friend, a confidant, and first and foremost, a father. Warren, a skilled pipefitter welder and jeweler, passed away November 18, 2022, at age 67 in Manchester, TN after a courageous battle with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and pulmonary scleroderma. A jack-of-all-trades, Warren could build a house, repair your car, plumb your bathroom, or set your diamond in your ring. And he was always available to offer a shoulder or lend an ear or a hand in your time of need. He was an ardent Tennessee Football fan and enjoyed watching games with his family. Formerly of Stevenson, AL, Warren was born to C.W. and Juanita Mullinax on April 9, 1955. He is survived by his children, Greg (Paula) Mullinax, Kara Mullinax, Kaitlin Mullinax, and Bailey Mullinax; grandchildren, Cloey Long, Paige Long, Reagan Mullinax, Temperance Mullinax, Adilynn Lemons, Greer Mullinax, Aurora Lemon, Kove Mullinax, and Forrest Hickman; siblings, Jack (Gwen) Mullinax and Brian (Carolyn) Mullinax; special friend, Robyn Turner; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Beth Mullinax. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, November 27, 2022, at Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson, AL. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Monday, November 28, 2022, at Valley Funeral Home Chapel with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow in Stevenson City Cemetery.
