Colin Curtis Chapman

Colin Curtis Chapman age 67 of Bridgeport passed away Friday September 23. He is survived by his wife, Sue Chapman; sons, Chris (Kim) Chapman and Brent Chapman; sisters, Lisa (S.L.) Smith and Ann (Don) Privett; brother, Dirk Chapman; uncle, J.T. Collins; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents, Curt and Mary Lou Chapman; brother, Ronnie Chapman. Mr. Chapman was a graduate of Bridgeport High School and Northeast State College. He was retired as a Steam Fitter at TVA after 38 years and was a US Air Force veteran. Visitation will be Monday from 3-9 and the funeral will be 2 PM CST Tuesday September 27 from the Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Stevenson. Burial will be in the Rocky Springs Cemetery with Wayne McAllister officiating.
